V10 notes are the best minus the annoying gurgle from the traction control. I love it when they rev it up before release from pit stop.

1991 McLaren MP4/6 BY FAR. This is one of few cars on earth that had an instantly recognizable engine note.

1998 McLaren Mercedes sounded great! wails like hell!
The 1994 Footwork sounded like a bee in a bad mood really gruff had that edge to it! especially when there pulling out of the pits

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.

No, V10s went to Tyrrell, Honda developted V12 to fight Ferrari and Renault.

Ah I remember now but Ayrton wasnt ever so keen on the V12 he used to say he liked the V10 better.

In terms of the more recent years, I think the Williams FW26/FW27 had decent engine sounds, as did the Ferrari F2005 and the McLaren MP4/20. From the V-8 years, I actually used to like the Midland M16 on the onboard shots, but back in 2006, you could recognize the MP4/21's sound. Very strange noises came out of that car...
