McLaren, STR and Force India are the only teams we haven't heard from with this 'Diffuser-gate'. But there will be a good reason for it, I guess...
I think STR and Force India which are "testing team" will have this powerful diffuser in China and if it work, McLaren and Red Bull got the same for next GP

It will take much longer for Force India according to Adrian Sutil.
"We don't have KERS at the moment. It's ready and waiting in the factory and can be put on the car at any moment, but we currently think the weight advantage gives better results. You could see it didn't really make a big difference in the first race. [...] The same goes for the adjustable front wing. We don't have such a thing yet. It's not as simple as it looks: quickly shove in an electric motor to make the flaps move up and down. It takes a lot of software to make it work. By the time we get to Europe I think Force India will have KERS and the adjustable front wing, but it's still a long shot from the panacea it was said to be."

McLaren will not speak at appeal
McLaren will not attend next week's International Court of Appeal hearing in an active role, the British squad has clarified.

The FIA confirmed on Thursday that eight teams, including McLaren, will attend the hearing that will decide on the legality of the rear diffusers of the Brawn GP, Toyota and Williams teams.

BMW Sauber, Ferrari, Red Bull and Renault have been the only four teams to officially lodge protests over the design of the diffusers.

McLaren has made it clear, however, that while it still believes the diffusers are not legal, the team is not planning to speak at the hearing.

"When questioned about this by media in the past, McLaren personnel have stated that we believe that the diffusers used on the Brawn, Toyota and Williams cars are outside the scope and intent of the technical regulations," a McLaren spokesman said.

"We will therefore be attending Tuesday's hearing, but will not be making any oral presentations.

"McLaren's role is therefore not an active one, whereas it is understood that BMW Sauber, Ferrari, Red Bull and Renault will all be making oral presentations to the ICA at the hearing. The ICA has acknowledged that McLaren will not be making any oral presentations at the hearing."

Honestly, i say the diffuser being legal is much better but we all know the FIA have a little soft spot for Ferrari.

Anyways but Ferrari isn't the team that is going to be benefited the most, its RBR in real sense.

Upto stewards level decision can be some what neutral but at ICA its Max & Bernie :zz:

by ruling them illegal it will bring more teams into the mix which was the original goal of taking the downforce away from the cars
