Are you active on TDU?lucian wrote: [*]I'm swearing at my PC when it crashes (it happens everyday)
I suppose you wanted to quote the point about racing games ? I don't play Test Drive Unlimited, but I like racing games that I can play with a mouse (GTR 2 and GTR Evolution) until I get a job and buy a wheel. I can't play those online as I haven't exactly bought the game but I know they can be played with a program called Tyka or maybe with Hamachi. I've also tried rFactor but it's difficult to play it with a keyboard.Moominpappa wrote:Are you active on TDU?lucian wrote: [*]I'm swearing at my PC when it crashes (it happens everyday)
I have only time play it on my work time (Nice to work at home)

Yeah, you're right it would cost more than the wheel itself Thanks for your kindness, but I'm getting a job next year so I'll buy one. However, I found that I became better by playing a lot with keyboard and later with a mouse. For example at Monza in Race07 I'm only 1.65 seconds off the best lap from my class posted at NoGripRacing in the following link http://www.nogripracing.com/hotlaps/rac ... ss=2&dif=3]Moominpappa wrote:

Actually it's much easier than with the keyboard, and there are enough people doing like me. Turning left-right is done with the mouse so you have perfect control over it. More annoying is with the gas and brakes, since you use the buttons of the mouse for those, and you have to adjust their sensitivity depending on the car, weather, track, etc. It only takes a few days to adjust but to get as good as you can ever be it might take a month or so. But even the transition from keyboard to wheel takes at least a week, so it's not so much difference between the 2 situations.sdutt wrote: WOW! how do you mnage to play racing games with a mouse?v
