How do I put pictures on?
Do i just copy and paste it or what?

-click print screen button
-go to paint ->edit->paste and save it .
-upload your pic and post it here as [img]Your%20pic%20Url[/img]

or you can just send me your PC and I'll post a pic of your desktop

But, on notebook of my dad, the best is NOD32. Catch all viruses.
