Luciano Pavarotti dies :(

Post by Silver Shadow » 06 Sep 2007, 12:10

The Italian tenor Pavarotti died today of cancer. A real pity since he was a good tenor.

Oh my god what a terrible loss to the world!

I was very fortunate to have seen him in concert when he came out to Australia last year or so.

He will never ever be matched, not in my lifetime or my childrens.

His voice was heavenly!

Rest in peace, Luciano. ::oops:;
Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I also agree with you guys.

He will be missed as his talent was enormous. He made us youngsters hear classical music, apart from all the concerts he put up in aid of the poor.

We lost a great man today.
