Re: Football Summer 2010 *Transfer Window Open*
Having heard that Fulham might be my surprise pick to be relegated this year, if Zamora stops scoring and they lose a couple of players they're really in the lurch.

BBC say that Jol wants to leave Ajax but the Dutch club are refusing to enter negotiations.

Wednesday it'll all be clear says Jol. He only wants to leave Ajax when he can't invest, Ajax is looking into that option. He wants a striker and a right winger.phil1993 wrote:BBC say that Jol wants to leave Ajax but the Dutch club are refusing to enter negotiations.
But the thing that Ajax doesn't want him to leave is bull: when Fulham pays Ajax €1.4m then Ajax has no chance because that amount of money is in his contract and if Jol wants to go England, it's end of story for Ajax.

Man City will buy Balotelli for £20m... Just what City need - a striker
Re: Football Summer 2010 *Transfer Window Open*
Man City won't finish in the top 4 this season and Mancini will be gone by Christmas - you heard it here first. I'm not scared of them at all, paying decent players £200,000 a week is not conducive to success.

Manchester city are happy spending, they have around 2 - 3 players in each position.Man City spending spree continues with Koralov signing
(CNN) -- Manchester City's transfer window spending neared the £90 milliion ($139 million) mark after completing the signing of Serbian international left-back Aleksandar Kolarov from Lazio.
The 24-year-old has been granted a work permit and the formalities of the reported £19 million ($29.32 million) deal with the Serie A club were completed after he passed a medical.
The Kolarov deal has increased speculation that England international left-back Wayne Bridge will now move to Liverpool.
But Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has denied Bridge will be leaving Eastlands.
"I want two top-class players for each position," the Italian told their official website.
"I first saw Kolarov in his Lazio debut back in 2007. I have watched him a lot since then and so have the Manchester City scouts.
"His attacking capability is very good. He is fast and can shoot with power and accuracy.
"He also has the ability to play in numerous positions and is very good in midfield.
City's Abu Dhabi-based owners have given Mancini the funds to improve on their fifth-placed finish in the English Premier League last season.
Mancini had already spent £25 million ($38.59 million apiece on Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure and Valencia winger David Silva, as well as signing German international defender Jerome Boateng from Hamburg for £15 million ($23.15 million).
City have also been linked with Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli but the Italian club want them to up their bid.
"It all depends on whether we can find the measures that are interesting for both us and them," the club's president Massimo Moratti told their official website.

Every restuarant, pie seller and fast food outlet in Amsterdam will be delighted with that news. Mido has a seafood diet in that he eats everything he sees. He also regularly aims shots at Earth, but is so inaccurate he hits Jupiter. When he hits the ground after headers he regularly causes earthquakes he's so large.JoostLamers wrote:Mido will return to Ajax!

Seriously??? In England he's an absolute laughing stock. People who miss easy chances at school playing football are often called "Mido". He's fat, slower than a pregnant tortoise and is worse than Emile Heskey in front of goal from what I've seen of him in England.
