He did it twice when Webber was nowhere near and the third time Webber was still too far behind to do anything. If anything Hulkenberg should be given a talking to when he blocked him before Lesmo 1

was vettels engine problem a cunning plan to let webber pass so he will pass hamilton in the point table?

The last time Alonso got pole, fastest lap and the victory was in Italy 2007
