you can again count that Force India will be strong in Spa and Monza, and Mercedes GP will only win if both RBR, Mclarens and Alonso retire

Force India won't win this season. And Mercedes and Renault will have to make big improvements. Podium places should be possible for both though. Especially Renault, they proved they can.

Ah well, maybe the race will be different than other years and it'll be a big crashfest. If that is how it will turn out, everything is possible.
Renault will go well at Singapore, Hungary and Abu Dhabi IMO

Mercedes - Unlikely
Renault - Only Kubica will do it and Valencia won't suit them too well
Force India - Well Kimi isn't here so maybe

It depends on the upgrades Ferrari bring. Red Bull will be better than in Canada but I think McLaren will have a slender advantage. If Ferrari's upgrades don't result in them being in the top three, their season is over.

Last year, Renault were 6th on raceday and 1st in FP2. But they had Alonso. Force India were 1st during Saturday Practice and finished 10th with Sutil. So if you have to bet on last year, it's immensely hard ! I'd say Force India will be best here because both of their drivers are in a chance of scoring a top 5.

2009 is not 2010 :O

Force India should have good downforce levels though.

Even if he never raced on before, Schumacher expects performance improvement in Valencia: "I always have been quite good in adapting quickly to new situations and I strongly expect that to be the case in Valencia. I like going into new experiences like this and having detailed discussions with my engineers about the challenge. We will bring further updates for our car which should help to improve the performance."

Red Bull F-duct is ready for Valencia
Red Bull is bidding to return to dominance on the streets of Valencia next weekend by using an F-duct system.

With Red Bull earlier looking set to walk the 2010 title, McLaren crept onto the pace in Turkey and then leapt to the top of the championships with one-two victory in Canada last weekend.

Red Bull used its initial version of McLaren’s downforce-stalling F-duct concept in practice for the Turkish grand prix, but then decided to develop it further rather than take it to Canada.

Valencia, like the long straights and slow corners of Montreal, is another circuit that is expected to play into the hands of McLaren and the British team’s original F-duct.

Vettel was the highest placed Red Bull in Canada with just fourth place, but on Friday he said the North American round is now in the past so that the team can “fully concentrate” on Valencia.

“There, with the F-duct system we are getting an important part on the car,” he told Germany’s Auto Bild Motorsport.

“Our technical chief Adrian Newey did not come to Canada in order to put the finishing touches on the new system at the factory,” added the 22-year-old German.
