Great race, congrats to Jenson and McLaren!
The Hamilton/Vettel incident clearly was just that, namely a racing incident. I hope there's no penalty for Hamilton, yet I'm not very confident about that.
Button bunching the pack up right before the hairpin really came as a surprise to some drivers, but I think it was ok.

Racing incident. They went into the corner in a threesome with Vettel being inside and squeezing Hamilton towards Webber.

Actually I think that was quite a smart move by Vettel. He was marginally ahead after Hamilton's mistake, but Lewis would've had the inside line heading into turn 1. Being ahead, he had no obligation to give him any space and thus he used all of the road, pressuring the McLaren into slowing down.

Then again, Lewis is a die-hard racer and refused to drop back while in a rather dangerous position on the pitlane. He ought to get a reprimand and a fine for that, but any post-race time penalty would be over the top, and unlikely considering the 2008 fiascos.

If they penalise Hamilton, Vettel should be penalised, too. He gave Hamilton no room whatsoever, just look at the pic --> http://f1.gpupdate.net/en/photolarge.ph ... =1105-4459

I loved how Charlie Whiting pointed Alonso when he jumped the start

The best manoeuvres were made at the entry of the pits lol! Vettel battling with Hamilton ( and in the pit lane and at the exit of the pit lane, like two cars battling between two red traffic lights on the street  ), and Alonso overtaking Massa!

What happen also with Glock? He was on the jack on the formation lap, Di Grassi didn't even start, and then DiGrassi went back to the track and Glock wasn't here lol... Virgin is a very very bad car

But he was ahead! He had no obligation to do so.

Doesn't matter. Even if you have the right to be in front, even when we assume Hamilton did make a "mistake" by driving side-to-side with Vettel, it's just no excuse for dangerous driving. He must have given Hamilton some room.

If I'm correct, it's the first time that Mercedes makes 1-2-3 after missing it in Monza last year. And it's a first time that an engine manufacturer makes 1-2-3 since Renault with Williams and Benetton, right?

Apologies to all Massa fans out there, but I felt that he has been holding Alonso up for not only this race but also the races in Australia and Malaysia.

To the extent where Fernando had to overtake him going into the pits, that was crucial for his 4th place. The Ferrari has the speed to compete with the Mercedes and Mclaren, not supposed to fight with the Toro Rosso of Alguesuari.

that's what i think too... seems that the stewards are soften this year..

if i'm not mistaken hamilton was reprimanded for his waving at Malaysia... if he was then it would be the second time, should he be penalized this time?
