Marca and Autosprint are reporting that Ferrari is due to unveil its new car in 23, 24, or 25th of January.

According to Joe saward, Sony might be McLaren's new title sponsor. Orange livery?

Why would McLaren have an orange livery if Sony is their title sponsor?

EDIT - found the answer myself. I think Joe needs to get a few of his details right. Sony Computer Entertainment has an orange logo (well, combination of yellow and red...) whereas the main Sony brand and Playstation logos do not. It's a minor detail but this is typical of Joe, who gets most of what he reports wrong.

Mclaren will reveal their new car MP4-29 during an online-only digital launch on Friday 24th of January at 12:00 UK time.

If Sony is the sponsor then we might see black/white livery. Something like this

Mclaren need to ditch their visual relation to Mercedes. No longer are they a Silver Arrow. They should become Orange and go back to their Mclaren roots.

Mclaren looks horrible. Someone photoshoped what they think Ferrari could look like with a vanity panel. It looks like utter sex;






Especially as we are now having 15cm shorter front wings, like the 2009 spec!

Assuming that's it (the front wing width looks right), I don't see the dreaded finger nose that people have been predicting.

It doesn't look like there's a step-nose. I hope its not just for publicity purposes, you know, unveil a good-looking car then put the stepnose on for the rest of the season because the 'aerodynamic department told us it was more aerodynamic'...
