It can't be the 2001 car. Look how the garment breaks off right at the tip of the nosecone. If it was the 2001 car it would stick to the nose up to a point that's well below the level of the front wing end-plates at each side. And yea like Kevin said the whole nose looks a lot thinner than the 2001 car.
