Ericsson's management have denied any link to the drive. Not sure whether to take those kinds of statements seriously.

I was thinking more along the lines of Honda to be honest. Kobayashi ditched the Toyota link, and if he is taken at Caterham he could well be ditching the Ferrari link.

Honda could do with some Japanese investment. Hell they funded Super Aguri just for Sato!

Well, we shall know soon! Otherwise, Caterhams lineup consists of any two out of Kobayashi, Erricson and Van der garde

The same year Honda withdrew all activity from F1 though! 2008. Aguri made the first few races remember!

Oh yes, I remember well. What an utter mess Honda were at that time.

Kobayashi should occasionally shine and help the team technically. Ericsson will do a competent, if unspectacular, job.

Frijns should get some seat time and hopefully a seat in 2015. Rossi has to go for the GP2 title because he was impressive in 2013 and is a very intelligent chap.
