Those mistakes are funny and silly but won't come close to this utter clanger from BBC in early 2011

Visit our site and you'll never find mistakes like that*

Re: Pre-Season Testing 2013
The BBC for several years has had multiple rolling images on stories. Are you sure that RBR one isn't just one of a montage of 5 or 6 and it's been snapshotted just at the appropriate moment.kals wrote:Those mistakes are funny and silly but won't come close to this utter clanger from BBC in early 2011

Who knows Kevin, it was over two years ago.
Re: Pre-Season Testing 2013
That's what I've thought as well. It's not the first time the picture doesn't match the text at first glance, usually because its a gallery which you can surf through, or the fact that the story is not specifically about Lewis, but about the testing in general, and they're just using Lewis's car reveal for the headline.

Re: Pre-Season Testing 2013
Wow, thanks for the analysis. So despite their troublesome start Mercedes really did clock up the miles.
Re: Pre-Season Testing 2013
They did. The figures are from F1.com, but what really surprised me was Kimi/Lotus's lack of running. I know he missed one day, but he only has slightly more mileage than Sutil and Bianchi.
Re: Pre-Season Testing 2013
Lotus lost a lot of track time due to some data collection glitches didn't they?
Re: Pre-Season Testing 2013
Seemed to be a couple of gearbox failures for Kimi.kals wrote:Lotus lost a lot of track time due to some data collection glitches didn't they?
Re: Pre-Season Testing 2013
Seems like the usual strategy from Red Bull.
