I couldn't follow the winter testing, but here's a pretty good analysis.

Lotus seems the best car so far.

So difficult to judge. This is one track out of 19. Last year at Catalunya, Williams and Lotus was strong, Red Bull was average.

Lotus is much better. According to AMuS the car is fast in cold conditions and they are able to heat the tyres faster, so hopefully they won't have problems in qualifying this year.

Everyone is saying the championship will be between Vettel and Alonso, but I think Button will be the dark horse.

I don't think Button is consistent enough. He has races where he disappears and others where he can't qualify high enough. Although the 2013 spec tyres should suit him (and Kimi).

Problem with Lotus was that we saw how good they were in cold and hot temperatures, but out of a few degreese of those windows, they were c**p.

Problem with testing is, we can all go on what the car looks like but Set-up, fuel load, fuel mix, engine map, engine mode, how hard is the driver pushing. Theyre all variables.

I mean we know ferrari brought nothing visually for the first 2 tests, their new exhausts and cooling are coming for Australia, yet out the box with the Brazil Spec car theyre right up there. Compare that to Mclaren who too are up there with a new car. but which were running more fuel, set up etc etc. So all the analysis is fun to read, because you get some who are so sure and try to give evidence and there is nothing to go by.

Way im looking at it, Mclaren, Ferrari, Lotus, Redbull, Williams and Sauber could all be race winners. I'll stick my kneck out still and say Mercedes wont win, even with Lewis behind the wheel. FI/STR will stay tail end of the mid, and Marussia will beat Caterham hopefully.

Williams' car fascinates me the most!

Nah, that's not factually correct. Chilton has got 5 million bucks in his pocket!

Sky aren't broadcasting it until 2pm UK time if that's what you're after.

I wish I could watch this pre season test... I thought it's broadcasted in vipbox.tv or something else similar.

Lewis fastest so far in another wet session..
a good sign for mercedes in wet weather condition?

Mercedes seems make some significant improvement in this year car, would really love to watch Lewis driving it to the limit in the race! I hope Mercedes can cope the improvement through the season just like Ferrari, Lotus, Mclaren, and RBR.

Testing is like a boring FP1 only with no atmosphere and half of the cars.
