I would be really confused with these new penalties system. Don't you think that it might happen someday: a driver drive his car exceed 20km/h in pit lane and gain a place which is worth more than 3 points? Why don't they agree to keep the old system as it is. I think penalty of a drive through or 10 secs penalty in pit would worth much more in punishment. But when the system altered to these points penalties, it's going to be math every time they consider to do something bad?

except, they would be given points penalties AND original system penalties like a drivethrough or 10 secs penalty or anything else like before.

Has anyone worked out how many points Maldonado would have accumulated in 2012?

I might be wrong, but I think it's points against the super license, not the actual F1 points.

This week's Grand Prix was McLaren's 63rd consecutive point finish, they have scored points in every race since 2009 AbuDhabi GP.
A craven can be as brave as any man, when there is nothing to fear. And we all do our duty, when there is no cost to it. How easy it seems then, to walk the path of honor.

Back in December we had a survey. We took aboard suggestions but we want to make sure we're on the right track. It'd be really useful if you guys could fill it in.

Very interesting indeed. I think less of Jean Todt after it.
