My F1 pet project... Evolution of the F1 Car: Animated

Post by biplaneblues » 01 Jul 2012, 17:57

Hi all, I want to share with some F1 fans my moving infographic project. An animated timeline of all F1 chassis from 1950-2012...

Let me know what you think, any crits or ideas for improvement. I also have a large res infographic with a bit more detail...

Amazing work!

Maybe you could do a slower version? This one has quite a nice flow but I found it slightly too fast to really take a look at each shape. Then again, if the primary aim was to showcase your skills as an infographist, then you have definitely succeeded.

Nicely done.
I've seen a similar thing before with Ferrari's from the 50's to 2000's.

Tremendous!

I agree, it would do well with being slower, but really, I love it!

Amazing work! Wonderful! Well done!

I´m another one that agrees that 2x slower would make it unbeatable!
Thanks for sharing!

Very impressive- would make a good opening sequence for a TV channel. :)
