After talking to phil in the Monaco GP 2012 thread, we started talking about the 'one off' liveries which used to occur, until recently. The modern fad is 'change my helmet'. So i thought id share my favourite one off liveries, and feel free to add your own;

Renault Art liveries;

Ferrari ran this following the September 11 attacks

McLaren ran this car in Portugal in 1986 as Marlboro had just introduced their Marlboro Lights cigarettes

Red Bull again; Monaco 2006.

BrawnGP had several changes during 2009. Pretty blank car in Australia then Canon sponsorship in Singapore and QTel in Abu Dhabi.

Ferrari, Turkey 2010

BAR often tweaked their livery in China (well, for 3 years), but Ant Davidson ran this in free practice in 2004

They often did funky designs

I've gone more into testing now, but here's the RA107

I loved some of Honda 2006 liveries. I mean, the Turkish Petrol Ofisi was lovely, and the final race, Racing forever hearts I think;

I always liked the 2006 honda as a car. I thought it was easily the best looking in that year.

Not necesserily livery, but Bergers Benetton ran with multi coloured tyre walls in Detroit 86;

Personally, Pirelli should do that again as I believe, that car ran Pirellis!

Another McLaren / Philip Morris special livery. Think they actually ran this for two races, the last of 1978.

BAR had two separate preseason liveries for 1999. Never went to race because FIA did not permit it.

So they made a combination

Great topic. I'm surprised that no one has posted the obvious yet...

And not just the livery...

Great idea, liked it. Superman wasn't that great though....

And how anyone can like that Renault 02-06 livery (although their ING one was even worse) is beyond me. If only they had raced with what they did in '10 (without the red "Total"- bits spoiling it) from the beginning, that would've been awesome. Mild Seven did them no favor with their color combination imo...
