The car in which Sebastian Vettel will push for an ultra-rare triple back-to-back world championship will be launched on February 5.

Lotus Renault to unveil 2012 car on Feb 6

Lotus Renault GP, which will be renamed as Lotus F1 next season, is planning to unveil their 2012-spec car on February 6, according to French media sources. The new car will be unveiled a day before the start of the first winter testing session at the Jerez circuit in Andalucia, Spain.

Ferrari says its new F1 car will be ready for first test in February

Ferrari says it will unveil its 2012 challenger in early February and that it will be ready for the first test of the winter.

I read today on a french website that Caterham F1 will release the 2012 car at the end of January.

Caterham to unveil 2012 car in F1 Racing magazine
Caterham will unveil its new Formula 1 car on the cover of AUTOSPORT's sister publication F1 Racing on January 26.

The Hingham-based outfit's challenger will remain in the green and yellow colours that the outfit used when it raced under the Team Lotus name.

The new car will run for the first time at the opening pre-season test that takes place in Jerez from February 7.

Well if that car is fast, then its no problem, since no one will be seeing that front end; everyone will be way back, staring at the diffuser!
