I always thought Hamilton was paid more.

I can see why Raikkonen isn't paid as much, because of him being out of the game for 2 years, acclimatisation and lotus' budget. Massa though is massively overpaid, vettel under paid too.

But this doesnt take into account sponsorship and all that either does it?

It'll just be basic salary from the team. They easily double or treble that in sponsorship.
I didn't think Button was on that much to be honest.

Like Kevin says, just a basic salary. I believe Red Bull have lower basic salaries but big win bonuses.

Yeah, I heard something like a Million or so per win. Bloody costly last year for them!

Really surprised di Resta is the second lowest paid driver on the grid, 'only' £160,000!

Not really. With him comes the mercedes deal and backing, doesn't it? Ontop of sponsorship. Then again. Id do F1 racing for 30k a year, let alone 30 MILLION!

Confirms what Kimi said that money was not an issue. Also no wonder Kimi's cooperation with Robertsons has cooled down. He is no longer big business for them, and maybe they have or are now looking for a new talent.

I'm a Button fan, but would never count out Alonso even if he was driving for HRT - He is a monster behind the wheel and drives with so much passion! :)

I understood that was what swung the deal for Vijay Mallya to get rid of Liuzzi for di Resta.
