I don't think schumi or alonso are great driver's and that's my opinion. I have my reasons for thinking that.

Lewis Hamilton, frustrated at driving an uncompetitive car for a third consecutive season, could be competing in his last British Grand Prix for McLaren next weekend.

The 26-year-old has a break clause in his £75million contract that allows him to leave McLaren in December — 12 months before the end of his five-year deal — unless he is world champion or the team win this season’s constructors’ championship.

The British media is still flogging the dead horse of Lewis Hamilton moving to the team, although Red Bull Racing’s Christian Horner has tried to set them straight by saying that “you have to look at the reality, at how these things work, and history dictates that two world-class drivers in the same team has not always been the best pairing. That will keep down costs, keep Sebastian Vettel happy and give Ricciardo the time to develop into a threat to Vettel at about the sort of time Vettel will be thinking of moving on… And if Ricciardo does not develop along those lines, the cynical management at Red Bull will simply slot in Jean-Eric Vergne in his place. It is a move that is designed to keep all the necessary players hungry.

The only other way to read the situation is that Webber wants things that the team is not willing to give him (one might cynically suggest that equality would be a sticking point) and wish to drive home the point that Webber is better off accepting a deal in case they decide to put Ricciardo in his place. Negotiations in F1 being as they are, this might also explain the stories about Webber going to Ferrari, as this would be a counter-threat which Red Bull might wish to listen to, as Webber knows all about the team and his knowledge would probably be quite useful for the folks down in Maranello…
