Jenson Button is overrated - there's a reason he's not in a top powered car now. He simply isn't that good. Just another British media hype job, and IMO I think he started believing the hype rather than knuckling down to his driving.

And I think that that is down to the fact he stopped putting the work in after that - that's the point I was trying to make, had Button continued to apply himself he would have been a good driver.maltafan wrote:He was great in his first season, then Frank preferred Montoya to him so he lent him to Renaults. I feel he was better in his early years, especially his 1st and 3rd year. Now he is just an average driver in a horrible car.

2) Ralf Schumacher (even the last name doesn´t help to go faster...)
3) Jenson Button (even with british media support...)
4) David Coulthard (even been a nice person...)
5) Jarno Trulli (F1 races are from friday to Sunday, not only saturday...)
This is what i was going to say!
But button is a good and fast driver to be honest and not so overrated!

i think he will go to mclaren, because mclaren always wanted british drivers! they have hamilton and i think button will replace alonso. i think alonso wants to change anyway!jana7i wrote:hmmm, no i think he will go to toyota. i dont think ralf well be resigned, who wants to pay him all that money for those normal results.

I hope not I'm hoping McLaren nab Senna but that probably is just me ...nelmesy16 wrote:i think he will go to mclaren, because mclaren always wanted british drivers! they have hamilton and i think button will replace alonso. i think alonso wants to change anyway!jana7i wrote:hmmm, no i think he will go to toyota. i dont think ralf well be resigned, who wants to pay him all that money for those normal results.

Unless Honda improves next year, of course he'll stay then
I don't think so: Pat Symonds & Flavio Briatores hate him...there is no where that jenson could go, all the top teams are taken. :-k
I don't even think he could get a drive in a top team even in a dream, he has already proven himself to be an untrustworthy liar by signing the contract with Williams and getting out of it. No top team would sign a driver who thy knew had done thatBusi wrote:I'd put my money on Renault :-k cause both drivers will have already been sacked in two years time

2 things:
a) I totally agree with you about Jenson;
b) Your avatar is pretty cool!
