Getting a driver to sign a birthday card?
Getting a driver to sign a birthday card?
So I have a Polish friend who loves F1 and follows Kubica.
What do you think my chances would be if I sent a birthday card to Renault F1 HQ with a stamped addressed envelope asking if he could sign it?

I've got a book called 'Formula One for dummies' and it says they accept these things but it could take very long before they answer. If your friend's birthday is in a few days it's too late. But maybe send a birthday card for next year.Kevin Clark wrote:So I have a Polish friend who loves F1 and follows Kubica.

Getting autographs from an F1 driver is probably one of the hardest things to get these days. They seem so caught up with everything else, can't blame them. No harm in trying, but fan mail takes ages to go through.

By the way, if anyone is interested, nothing has come back yet. I might get lucky after the season ends.

for his friend to throw it in trash can , kevin needs to introduce his friend to f1zone, before such a possibility could even arise Icy , even then...iceman1 wrote:Send it to me and I'll sign it for youKevin Clark wrote:By the way, if anyone is interested, nothing has come back yet. Good things come to those who wait
At the 11th hour the card was changed to a leaving one as I found out the person was going to be moving on in 2011.
