My GP for 2011

Hey guys,
Like last year I've started a topic about Forum members going to a Grand Prix in the 2011 season. Please feel free to ask questions, give advices or tell us where you're going next year. Whether you're an experienced GP visitor, or a 'newbie'.
I don't where we'll be going next year. We'll probalby be going, but don't know where just yet. And I'm thinking of going to a GP outside Europe, because I hope to graduate just before Christmas this year... Haven't got ideas, but Melbourne has crossed my mind, just as Abu Dhabi. But it's also still a dream to visit Monaco (Although it's not outside the EU).
Let me/us know!
Joost

dream is to go to Melbourne - one year i will
for Monaco u probably have to pay big time to see cars very close
in Monza u can see them very close with GA ticket - like 4-7 meters

Not sure about this year. Money's not exactly tight but it's hardly something I can just rock up and go to. Wouldn't mind going to Silverstone again but it's so expensive. Would quite like to go somewhere different but it's just the expense...

No way! it works out at £130 to have a grandstand seat for the spanish gp 3 day pass!
Im thinking of going it works out cheaper to travel + ticket that to go silverstone. Plus i wont be sat with McLaren fans aswell ;p
Has anyone used any travel package that includes hotel and transport there and back from the track.? Im looking around but need a good deal!

Silverstone is horribly overpriced. Not just the tickets but also parking & food is just so expensive. And seeing as the Pound is gaining vs the Euro, it will become more pricey for you.

I'm definitely coming back to watch the Singapore GP for the 3rd straight year. I'm also aiming to watch the Malaysian MotoGP the month after that. My dream is to watch a European race, which I'm saving up for 2012!

I've been silverstone twice but I'm hoping of expanding next year and making the jump to Spa, don't really know much about the place though

Me neither, but I know you can stand at a lot of places around the track

Some mates and me are going but we can't decide between Spa, Silverstone or Nürburg. Need to make our minds up soon though!

Well, I've been to Nürburg 5 times, and have good experiences with it

Go to Spa - first take a umbrella, second there is always action at Spa, so Spa

I don't want to say Nürburgring is better than Spa, but I think I've had more historical races at Nürburgring than Spa in those years: Raikkonen's puncture, Alonso vs. Massa, the rain and a Spyker leading...

We might go to the GP of Hungary. There's this special offer which includes flight, hotel, breakfast and Silver grandstand tickets.
Question: Is Silver 8 any good at the Hungaroring?
