Schumacher set to replace Massa from Valencia - Cancelled
Re: Schumacher set to replace Massa from Valencia
I think in Valencia Schumacher can beat Kimi.
But, in Spa and Monza, I think he can win the race.
I don't like Hamilton but he is a good driver, maybe better than Schumi in quali on Valencia.
But we know all, that under pressure, Michael is the best and Lewis make huge mistake.
I am sure that if Hamilton is 1st on grid, and Michael 2nd, Lewis will brake 100m too late. Like always...

Former world champion Lauda believes Schumacher will thrive on his return. "Michael coming back is absolutely the best, most fantastic thing to happen in Formula One this season," Lauda said. "He will have absolutely no problem with physical fitness, because he has maintained his fitness to a very high level. When I was away from racing for two and a half years I did nothing but fly aeroplanes, not doing any training at all. Michael is different. He will be competitive, easily, for sure."

That means, at the end of this season Schumacher will have 257 race starts, which will make him the second in the most grind prix starts list beating Patrese provided that he will participate all 7 races.
We will also have 4 World Champions on track two of them being in the same car, namely Alonso, Raikkonen, Schumacher and Hamilton. Last time we have the same situation was back in 1999, where Hakkinen, Schumacher, Villeneuve and Hill competed.

A comment posted on James Allen's website says that he would be able to run the F2008 to get some experience

Re: Schumacher set to replace Massa from Valencia
Did Lewis made a mistake in China 08? Under HUGE pressure after his first corner troubles of a race earlier? And I can't imagine Schumacher NEVER making a mistake under pressure. I remember an off at Imola, when under pressure... No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakesTotopupu wrote:But we know all, that under pressure, Michael is the best and Lewis make huge mistake.

How many more favors is Rubens going to do for Schumacher? Ultimately he is responsible for his comeback

We'll watch really exciting races with Schumacher battling with his arch rivals Alonso, Raikkonen and Barichello to some extent, and with new boys Vettel, Hamilton and Button. Whatever happens on track, I am and will be very happy to see Schumacher lapping and racing in 7 more races. I will record them and keep as a souvenier. Just ecstatic about him returning. Lost for wards, really.

How goes be his number on car? 3 or 24?
Re: Schumacher set to replace Massa from Valencia
And Maybe Schumi has never drive the F60, but he was driving in 96, 97 when the cars were similar
