Light relief (because they barely affected the championsip): 1999 European Grand Prix, 2006 Hungarian Grand Prix, 2005 Japanese Grand Prix.
Drama: 2008 Brazilian Grand Prix (the best Grand Prix I have ever seen, but not my favourite).

My ultimate favourite was the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix - it was messy, chaotic, unpredictable and although it cost Felipe Massa a championship rightfully his (in my opinion, simply because of all of his great drives that went unfulfilled), it was also obviously a victory for 'Nando, and involved a certain amount of luck, but also a good deal of racecraft from him.
