Can Cosworth supply 16 engines per season to 10 teams?

Very much possible if they some advance capital from team or Fia/Bernie to expand resources.

Zytek may also the option ..they successfully fetched A1GP until Ferrari came in.

That's exactly what they're doing. But obviously FIA isn't happy about it because they know that nobody will be interested in F1 if/when the FOTA teams leave. The Ferrari contract is pretty much the only thing FIA can hold on to now. Last time the breakaway didn't work because Ferrari wasn't part of it, but this time FIA & Bernie are really frightened.

Maybe we can have classic numbers, such as #27 and #28 for Ferrari

This is going to be bad and i'm hoping for the best. Break-away series is always bad and crappy because it splits the fans and so much more. It didn't work here in the states when they divide Champ Cars and Indy or ALMS and Grand AM. RIP F1 and thank you to all the managements involved.

Also, we need to make a F1 Zone team for next year powered by Cosworth

Now that i think about it, i don't think this will really happen. Think about all the money and what Mosley is capable of doing. He can revoke FIA sanctioning to all the tracks that the break-away series is trying to race on (no other event can be held beside the breakaway series)...not to mention the revoke of everyone's super license to race or even anyone who wants to compete anywhere.

but if series is not FIA run, who says that they need superlicenses... FIA don't own tracks, tracks can put 2 fingers up to the FIA if they wish

All the major teams and star drivers would be in one series so I don't see how it would divide the fan base. I don't think there are much fans who watch F1 just because of its name.

You know, all the money that is now gonna be spent by teams and FIA for lawsuits etc could be put towards new teams for 2010, more money wasted...

Well, the sport isn't their main concern at the moment, at least on FIA's part.

Very revealing interview with Max Mosley, afraid its for UK users only. If you can see it I'd strongly advise you to do so.

Force india and Williams are supportive of FIA's series, and also Jacques Villeneuve said he's interested in a return to the FIA's series
