Who is most deserving of an F1 2010 drive?
Who is most deserving of an F1 2010 drive?
Like the question asks. There are potentially 13 teams next year; who do you think deserves a shot at F1? (you may select 6 drivers)

Voted for Senna, saw his name and didn't have to look for other drivers. I just so much want the name of Senna to return, if we get 3 new teams they have to use Senna as a driver next to a experienced driver. You'll create a lethal team. A pole king with a data collecting expert
I didn't only vote for the name of Senna, I also want to see Senna's talent in an F1 car

I don't know about her skills, but I'd like to see Danica in F1.
And of course F1 needs a Senna!

Re: Who is most deserving of an F1 2010 drive?
liuzzi definitely deserves another crack at an race drive, so does klien. also voted for grosjean, di grassi, hulkenburg and, of course, senna
Re: Who is most deserving of an F1 2010 drive?
Klien? He was mediocre, couldn't beat an aging DC at Red Bull. Liuzzi didn't pull up trees either and could barely beat Speed. Di Grassi should get the Renault seat, I'll judge the other GP2 (sportscars in Senna's case) drivers when the season's over. I'd like to see Di Resta and Carroll given a few tests, they're good drivers. On Danica Patrick, she's mediocre in a poor series for driver talent. Not good enough for F1, she'd become a joke.

Re: Who is most deserving of an F1 2010 drive?
On pure talent, and purely on deserving it, Liuzzi, Grosjean, di Grassi, di Resta, Hulkenburg and Carroll were my choices. I think di Resta is arguably the best talent of these guys, with Grosjean, but I also think that di Grassi would settle in the quickest to an F1 team.

Senna and Grosjean were the immediate choices, but I'd also like to see Lucas di Grassi.

Patrick Head On Hulkenberg
Hulkenberg was generally performing well in testing, but had blotted his copybook with some errors when entrusted with new car shakedowns.
"I think he had the wrath of Sam Michael's tongue a couple of times," Head admitted. "Both last year and this year he's driven our new car first on the first day, and in both cases I think after a very short amount of running he ended up in the gravel trap when all one is actually trying to do is sort out systems, gather data and things like that.
"So that hasn't been particularly clever. Equally, recently when he's run that hasn't been the case."

Christian Klien and Other (Please Specify)
Okay Bruno senna might be performing well but still i guess he should do some tests look at Buemi both guys will shine but no in their first season might in their second ...
Christian have drove already races tested many tracks and many teams he knows the driving style of a single , twin and zero keel so i believe he must be the first to come back as for the Other driver i will name Albers and Doornbos they shoud make a comeback , Pantano i'm not so sure of him , Zsault Baumghartner (hope i spelled it right) used to be a fast driver but i never heard of him since last testing with Jaguar
and last , Anthony Davidson and he's the proof of "T-driver looses his racing spirit" i mean we've seen him in Honda days he was always on top of the teams ok he was runing lighter car and stuff but still he raced in Super Aguri , Sato had a big gap on him so that's why i voted for Klien , Albers and Doornbos
oh yeah and not to forget "Juan Pablo Montoya" let's hope he makes a come back

Davidson was running P3 in Canada 2007 and would have finished there but for a suicidal groundhogJaguar wrote:Christian Klien and Other (Please Specify)

Canada 2007 was a lottery, but often, Davidson did beat or match Sato.phil1993 wrote:

Just thought of another driver: Jules Bianchi...maybe not 2010, but certainly 2011
