Dude, McLaren already sacked someone: Dave Ryan. You should limit yourself at the drivers. My take is Nelson Piquet. Good guy but not so much. And then at the end of the year we will see the 2 actively retired drivers (Rubens and Fissichi) going away for good.

No Rubens will win the championship this year and Nelson Piquet will be in Renault for long time because his name is "Piquet" like "Nakajima" or "Rosberg"

Frankly, in addition to my previous comments, I don't think Naka's doing such a bad job. He had a bad race in Australia and drove qualified poorly in Malaysia, but did very well in Oz Quali and was unlucky with tyres in Malaysia.
Nor really is Piquet doing such a bad job. What has he done badly this year, apart from not qualified well? That's definately not his strength, but he's had two so-so rces this year, not bad ones. I think the car is much worse than it looks in the stats (Alonso's position in the Championship). There are others, who, for their cars are doing equally badly as them both. Having said that, I don't think there's one really bad driver in F1 at the moment. This, to me, is the only reason people are picking on Naka and Piquet. We'll always need a whipping boy or two, but this season, I think that no-one really deserves to be singles out more than anyone else except on the strength of their stupid actions.. So.. Kovalainen, then, deserves to be shot.. :p In all seriousness, he is unlcuky too. Sacking, I believe, will only be an issue for technical staff.

What's wrong with Rosberg? I can kinda see where you're coming from with Piquet and Nakajima, they may have had a harder time getting into and staying in F1 without their fathers, but Rosberg is a driver of consumate talent.

I see your point on Nakajima and Piquet... its just that 18 drivers are better than them.

Liuzzi will not replace him because Fisichella has a lot of experience

a.k.a he's passed it. He's too old and has no real prospect in F1 anymore.

They haven't developed as racers yet, and only 16 are better than them, some days 15, some days less.

Bourdais and Fisichella are less attractive prospects than Piquet or Nakajima any day.

Fisichella is wasting a spot in F1. Bruno Senna or Di Grassi should be in that seat, Fisi has done nothing to deserve it.

Bourdais and Fisichella are most attractive than Piquet and Nakajima who haven't experience

Experience means nothing if you race poorly and crash some. Like Fisi does, although I think that's more due to the Force India than anything else. However, my point still stands, experience means nothing if you don't perform.

Kovalainen is really really poor this year. Only Piquet is doing worse.

And Piquet must leave. So untalented, Di Grassi or Bruno Senna would tear him apart.

I voted for Piquet. He just hasn't been strong at all last year, and neither has he been this year so far. He really needs to step up to the plate soon, or he'll be gone even by mid-season.

Well I suppose Piquet hasn't got the Rookie excuse to give Flavio anymore, especially seeing how well Buemi has taken to his Torro Rosso so far, I wonder how Buemi would do in that Renault? of course that wouldn't happen as Red Bull seem to have the monopoly on "Sebastians", is mark Webbers middle name Sebastian too ? :)
