1. Has the racing improved? Yes of course it did with DDD and Slicks in terms of Practice and Quali am talking here

2. Do cars seem to be following each other closely better? nop ...

3. Do the cars look better when circulating the track? no , cars are ugly

4. Is there more overtaking? with kers ? no

I think the cars have been able to follow more closely through high speed corners, but they've not been overtaking any more.
The cars are uglier than than last year, but I think the Red Bull, Toro Rosso, Brawn, and Force India look decent.
There has been more overtaking with KERS in isloated circumstances, such as Kovalainen and Barrichello battling during the early stages of the Turkish Grand Prix.
