The best wet races for me were the Silverstone 2008 and the Hungarian 2006.
I can say the best was the Brazil 2008 but I like Massa.

Somewhere between the:

2006 Hungarian Grand Prix
2007 European Grand Prix
2008 Brazilian Grand Prix

They were all superb races. Ones that I could watch again and again, ones with moments of drama and tonnes and tonnes of overtakes.

Many of the suggestions so far were with mixed weather though. My choice is probably the Brazilian GP 2003. That was one crazy race from the very beginning and even the podium was a mess when Alonso was missing from the 3rd place and Kimi and Fisico had to change their positions later on.

Ah Spa 1998! How could I forget. &doh That would be quite chaotic nowadays as there are no spare cars anymore.

Not a word. Brazilian GP 2008. Full thrill to the last corner

Malaysia 2009 was just bad. The rain was pretty cool but they couldn't drive there
