Nico Rosberg's future.. BMW?? Williams??
Re: Nico Rosberg's future.. BMW?? Williams??
Rosberg is certainly a better option for BMW than Heidfeld. He´s younger and many think more talented.
Heidfeld still hasn´t won a race.
But a few things speak against it:
1. Rosberg is under contract at Williams and would be mega expensive.
2. He´s a Mercedes guy, didn´t he win GP2 for Mercedes? So I´m sure Norbert Haug would like to see him partnering Hamilton one day.

Well his father and manager, Keke would not let Rosberg goto McLaren to be a defenite 2nd driver to Hamilton.

Rosberg will be a wasted talent if he goes to Mclaren especially if Lewis win the WDC this year.

Rosberg for BMW ... No ... Better be Robert + Nick. That's pretty good for them.

Frank willams will not leave Rosberg until his contract comes to an end

If Frank is in need of money, he will consider selling Nico, making a profit that way.syncmaster wrote:Frank willams will not leave Rosberg until his contract comes to an end

Frank might sell him. But more of it is Keke Rosberg. He had a good time with Williams than at Mclaren. So as long as he manages Nico's driving business he wouldn't want to let him son go to Mclaren.maltafan wrote:If Frank is in need of money, he will consider selling Nico, making a profit that way.syncmaster wrote:Frank willams will not leave Rosberg until his contract comes to an end
Re: Nico Rosberg's future.. BMW?? Williams??
Frank has stated that he won't do that as Rosberg is pretty much Williams' crown jewel as he put it. To be honest, without Rosberg the team would collapse completely.maltafan wrote:If Frank is in need of money, he will consider selling Nico, making a profit that way.syncmaster wrote:Frank willams will not leave Rosberg until his contract comes to an end

Who do you think would join Williams now ? Only rookie driver would join or someone who is looking for alternate options towards the end of the career would join them. Given a chance Nico would probably run away from Williams ! Then the team should completely collapse, as they have nothing at stake. Williams always have been in need of good engine manufacturers to compete for titles.joostlamers wrote:Depends... Michael Schumacher too was a Mercedes guy back in 90,91 .. So it doesn't guarantee anything !!blizzard wrote:Rosberg is certainly a better option for BMW than Heidfeld. He´s younger and many think more talented.
