From not mentioned yet, Adelaide 1985 is certainly worth mentioning.

Rosberg Williams
Laffite Ligier
Streiff Ligier

Ligier was a bad car that year...

Also Monaco 1984 in many aspects. I mean, of course, Senna turned out to be a great driver, but who knew him back then...

Prost McLaren
Senna Toleman
Bellof Tyrrell

Bellof in my opinion was on the podium more thanks to no turbolag in atmospheric Tyrrell than thanks to his skills.

One of the weirdest podium in my memory was Austria 78 and not for the surprise result (which wasn't that much) but for the names on the rostrum.1st was Ronnie Peterson,2nd Patrick Depailler, 3rd Gilles Villeneuve.Nothing weird?Wrong. For Ronnie this was his last win as he will die in Monza less than a month from there,Patrick will die in Germany in 1980 and we all know about Gil.So the first three drivers died in the same order in 2 years distance from another. If this isn't weird...May it never happen again.

The podium of the 1975 Austrian Grand Prix is also worth mentioning:
1. Vittorio Brambilla (March-Ford)
2. James Hunt (Hesketh-Ford)
3. Tom Pryce (Shadow-Ford)
