Apart from they were as fast as Ferrari in Malaysia, which was before the end of April when they supposidly got the info from ferrari. The reason Mclaren caught up with Ferrari was that Ferrari's windtunnel broke for 2 weeks which suspended development for that amount of time which allowed Mclaren to catch up

But have to say all this talk is decidly fishy, with the Nigel Stepney case aswell, What is F1 coming too, Lies, Deception, Sabotage???

this was the reason why Mclaren went FIA and complained about floor because they were already knowing how ferrari using it.
Beside they got lots of benefit from Ferrari team's long term knowledge while they were developing their 2007 car.
ferrari made it clear that they will take legal action against nigel

Hehe, I just gotta say it: Imagine if it were KImi Raikkonen sharing secrets!!

Nah, but seriously, it also has made me wonder why/how Macca has done so well regarding the switch to Bridgestones - better than Ferrari, whom surely have a better relationship with the tyre supplier (hmm that rhymed)

I think it is too early to draw a conclusion.

I'm not convinced about Stepney saga either.

Of course it's early to draw a conclusion, but is a little bit strange that Macca has improved so much since april...
 But, if Macca is guilt it should receive the same punishment
that BAR received in 2005. :rule#

it is necessary to seperate the individual's actions from the team's motives, i don't think mclaren would have allowed this to happen knowing that it would not be within the rules

mclaren is the last team i would expect cheating
...don't draw conclusions too soon anyway

The bad thing is that the insider is fired now. Who will inform the other teams about Ferrari's cheating from now on? :p :p :p

Here's an interesting read/recap of the whole situation from autosport.com

@alex
My friend,
If was a sabotage case which was the team rewarded with the information? McLaren for sure...
Which team paid the wages of the involved employee? McLaren
I refuse to believe that ANYBODY at Woking didn't know anything about the case...
Which team and who should be penalized if we have a sabotage confirmation? Mc Laren and the involved employee...
(But who cares what I think  )

I still don't think that it's all completely true.

Journalists do all they can and more to get an interesting story.

we'll have to wait and see

McLaren will be punished only if FIA find that they were/are using stoled shame at McLaren car.

One thing is for sure... they will miss those guys, If BMW starts to beat them then we will know how important those tehnicans were. Yellow_Colorz_PDT_04
