Which of them is the best circuit? And why?

I really like spa, mostly because of the elevation changes throughout the circuit, plus in the rain it's a really challenging race.

Spa because its a real circuit with lots of good corners and nice overtaking oppertunites like the best overtaking action ever from Mika Hakkinen on Micheal Schumacher. But Istanbul has a nice circuit aswell

i agree. i had the pleasure of attending this majestic circuit in 2005 after belieeving it be one of the best on tv. attending in person i was blown away. i managed to get some good seats at eau rouge and watched the cars accelrate out of the first corner hairpin and approach up towards me at eau rouge and to disappear into the woods. there is complete silence for about a full minute, whereupon they then emerge then emerge out of the forest on the other side of the circuit with a deafening roar. amazing stuff!

fisi slid out at eau rouge right in front of us and after the enthusiastic japanese took him out, michael gave taku a slap on the helmut!

That was a tough decision... Spa is an amazing place with many different elements. But I voted for Istanbul, as I believe has even more different elements combined into it - A fast circuit with very fast corners (including the unique turn8), corners combined with different elevations, slow/medium chicanes, etc... It just looks like a brilliant place.

Spa no doubt. Turkey will give us great races many years if it keeps on the calendar but Spa is not a Tilkedrom and it's got an own history and all sorts of corners, all of them enjoyable. I can't wait to see the track changed at the bus stop, it's looking great!

i voted for spa. it is the best. especially if you are watching from an onboard shot thru eau rouge. the elevation changes creates some blind corners which can be very hard for the drivers.

spa is the ultimate formula1 track...ive been there on severel occasions: 1995 (sitting in the grandstand facing the approach of eau rouge, 1998 (in the grandstand facing the old grid straight line...50 meters away from the biggest F1 crash in the last 25 years) and in 2001 (sitting somewhere in the green area, i forgot where exactly)

it is a marvelous track: the engines screeming trough the forests, the micro-climate of the belgian ardennes, the elevation of the track...

Sorry mates, , here in Brasil we write XANGAI and ISTAMBUL, but as we are in a English Forum I should have written Shanghai and Istanbul...
Maybe a small mistake like BRASIL with Z..
