I belive that's one of the best modifications made to a circuit with who the people, including me agree on it. :cheesy:

sadly, worst is about to come at spa, screwing up bus stop, again :(

oh, and for the record, i think the worst decision in track modification in the last 5 years was at hockenheim, stupid fia, ruining good circuit, turning it into a cart track. 2001 ruled. (sorry for this offtopic  )

Yeah i've got to admit what they've done to the new bus stop looks quite good, it looks a bit wider, so may increase the chance for overtaking, although i don't like the big drop after the barriers imagine if a car went over it.

"Rosberg says that the chicane only means that they are 6mph slower at the end of the final corner"

That is not surprising considering that F1 cars are hitting an aero-wall by the end of the straight. Most of the acceleration occurs at the first part of a straight. Top speed is mostly determined by aero. Actually, 6mph (10km/h) is a lot, which is probably due to running more wing for the new tighter set of corners.

The new aero device seems to be just like what Renault and Ferrari have their front wings I don't think it will flex. It seems to be pretty thick and carbon fiber is light but it is strong.
