I watched the race on Rai 1 and a Ferrari personnel said that they had received it, but not signed it, so they did not technically accept it. The marshalls ordered the pit stop instead of showing the black flag to Kimi, they said.

And it's not a british station, it's Italian TV.

I think it would have been a bad thing to do, to black flag him.

That kid is 18 or 19 or so, He lead the race in a TORO ROSSO!!!!!!!!! Great job by the little German, respect to him. He is going to be a great driver a future champ for sure $peace , take that

I

just

HATED it !!! ::oops:; ::oops:; ::oops:;

But congrats to Hamilton anyway! ::oops:;

1-best driver
Several. Hamilton did a great job. Kimi was fantastic at the end. Vettel was great in both qualy - a Toro Rosso in Q3! - and race (up until he crashed into Webber :$ ) Webber also very good. And Heikki!

2-best team
Renault. Best result of the year! @Beer

3-best overtaking
Kubica/Massa duel.

4-best moment
Kimi/Heikki duel. If I may add a category for "worst morons" it goes to the japanese TV-producers who didn't show it in full! Image

5-worst driver & worst team
Driver: Ralf was hopeless as usual. Team: Ferrari, who efficiently destroyed all their drivers' chances of winning by putting them on intermediates in a monsoon! The excuse "we didn't know" is no good. Dear Ferrari, if you didn't notice - it was raining like hell! The track was almost flooded. No one goes out on intermediates in such weather. No one. &doh

6-best rookie
Hamilton/Vettel/Heikki

7- the most surprising moment
When Massa all of a sudden had to "pit" when Kimi was closing up on him. Pit with eight laps left to go.....STRANGE strategy........ -whistling-
