Clearly Ron's fury was directed at himself for not being able to tell Fernando clearly enough to go. That makes it all better
I don't agree with what is told there: When you have a Ferrari in front of you, you can also create a gap ON THE TRACK. Everyone creates a gap on the track, not when your teammate is behind you, and he is running out of time... And you know that he is running out of time!!!
if alonso had done that on purpose, you would have to ask why he would have done so, he knows that unfair play will face punishment...so did he really do it on purpose...?
What do you think... because he can't win from Hamilton on the track!!!! Hamilton was just the quickest driver of the day, that's pretty clear to me and to a lot of people.

of course alonso can defeat lewis on the track and lewis can defeat alonso too, hamilton was doing well, i'm sure he would have had a good chance of pole position, but alonso wouldn't do something like that, i don't believe it

As TV showed lollipop was already lifted while Alonso still relaxing ..Hamilton waiting behind which alonso saw in mirrors!
It was deliberate act...unsporting %Biggrin
hoping for same punishment as Michael had last year Monaco

ohh s*** how can Ferrari make such big mistake. ..forgot to refuel him

McLaren are in the business of winning Grands Prix, and they'll want their two best drivers in the race cars.

he waited 11 seconds AFTER the lollypop went up before he finally went going. Before this, it looks like the team meant to keep him there but afterwards, if u watch the footage u can clearly see his mechanics looking at him in a worried fashion, as if somethings wrong. It certainly looks like it was alonso's decision (or his side of the garage!). if this IS the case, its a cardinal sin! NO driver should hinder his teamate in such a obvious way. That is why im still unsure, this was SO obvious that i doubt that alonso would be stupid enough to try it. but he is getting desperate, he obviously didnt reckon lewis would be ahead of him at this stage of the season, also im beginning to wonder what he might stoop to to win these days.
the stewards SHOULD investigate, as this is basically blocking a fellow competitor if the team did not tell alonso to do it.
fisi also deserves investigation, he obviously slowed on the final corner, no matter who the driver behind is, its blocking!

oh and hamilton impressed me AGAIN! just but hiding his anger (which he was obviously doing) and being diplomatic about the issue for the good of the team. Even the 'iceman' looses his cool once in a while! lewis is a young guy - which usually leads to a hot temper, but not a bit of it! now contrast this with aloso who keeps moaning (though i do understand SOME of his complaints and understand that lewis hasnt seen anything other than fame and devotion in f1 so far)....basically hamilton is making alonso look like the rookie atm.

Look And Read... Stewards at the Hungarian grand prix on Saturday afternoon were investigating why Lewis Hamilton ran out of time to defend his provisional pole position.

Anticipating the development, it is understood that McLaren boss Ron Dennis personally escorted Fernando Alonso's physiotherapist Fabrizio Borra to FIA officials here in Budapest.

It is believed that Borra, despite the fact that the lollipop was raised and mechanics were ushering the Spaniard's car out of the pit box, gave Alonso a signal when enough time had elapsed so as to cause team-mate Hamilton to run out of time to complete his out lap in the dying minutes of qualifying.

Despite the McLaren one-two on Saturday, Dennis and Hamilton's father Anthony were a picture of fury after the incident, while championship leader Hamilton said: "It definitely needs a good explanation.

"I will definitely ask the team when I go back and have the debrief.

"Your guess is as good as mine," the Briton told reporters. "I'm not angry, I'm curious as to what's gone on."

Alonso should be punished as he had no right! But we will see tommorrow....
