What has Michael at Jerez in 1997 got to do with Nurburgring 2007. *Sighs* I can see this thread going downhill rather badly.

The thing is Massa didn't know where Alonso was and wasn't expecting him to overtake him from the outerside he (Massa) continued on his racing line when he suddenly saw him beside him and managed to steer to the right imediately coz he would have spun Alonso if he touched with Alonso's rear wheels see the video again slowly.. apart from that it was a nice battle and maybe the most interesting thing about the whole race apart from the crashes in the begining and all that rain lol and also when Alonso showed the damage to the camerman in parc ferme lol :toot: ...Massa sucks Ferrari too :p and poor Raikonen what has he done with his own hands he could be instead of Hamilton right now.

massa was travelling straight when they touched so he was able to turn left. he touched alonso on purpose, tryna squeeze him alittle too much

Are you impotent or something??? CHECK IT AGAIN, AND YOU WILL SEE THAT FELIPE MASSA ACTUALLY DIDN'T SEE FERNANDO ALONSO BESIDE HIM!!!! <--- That's the link!!! And when he saw Fernando, it he immediately turned a littlebit to avoid that hit. IT WAS NORMAL RACING SITUATION! Alonso was on the driving line, Massa wasn't. Now outside of driving line, there is more water in the track that what are in drivingline, so try to drive better in that kind situation. You impotent McLaren fan.

Here's the full transcript from Parc Ferme...

Alonso: You did it intentionally, as in Barcelona.

Massa: No, I did not.

Alonso: You broke my sidepod there - go and have a look at it!

Massa: Go f**k yourself!. You won and you say something like this.

Alonso: Mate, it can't break itself.

Alonso: I have fought with Heidfeld, with everybody, what you did with three laps to go can't be done.

Massa: He wins and says that. You must learn.

Alonso: It is you who has to learn. I have fought with everybody and with three laps to go, we touch!

Massa: Bravo.

Alonso: Bravo you!

Massa: You say that I did it on purpose, like I did that on purpose in Barcelona?. You were remained behind.

(As this point Ron Dennis steps in)

Dennis: Boys calm down.

Massa: Tell him to!

nop, i think nothing unfair here, massa just tried everything to hold fernando back, and actually did a good job there... he did not mean to make a contact bu it just happened, because it was impossible to avoid it, they were just too close.
I think fernando wast just too aggresive there, that turn is not very good for overtaking...

Easy to say "Cut across"... id like to see you cut across something in those conditions with problems in car...
Alonso simply made a fool of himself starting to argue after finish... and why is the guy even mentioning Barcelona, when he was the one who almost took them both out there...

this is not touringcar racing, if you want to put someone out or make a contact on porpouse you might as well wave bye bye to your own race as well, f1 cars ar fragile and Massa would not risk 8pts for a stupid move of which he would probably get penalized... he vas just hoping to scare alonso, so he would back off, the contact was not made on porpose, so get over it...

F1zone is here so we can have fun. We do not want to spend our time enforcing rules and reminding people to be respectful. We're fortunate to have such an interesting, amusing, considerate group of people gathered here :p :p who always welcome new faces. Thanks to everyone who participates!

Many thanks
