Need some help finding F1 C 99-02

I need the game i have one in Spanish with some kind of a stupid mod for 07 or so how'ever , if there's anyway i can convert the files to make it in english and play it normaly if not i need the F1 C 99-02 game anyway i can download it from somewehre ? been days unable to download it and i wana donwload after it the 09 season

You need english
F1 Challenge 99-02\Options\game.dic file or alternative you just open it in text editor then translate

Woot i found a file called "Game" its DIC file could be opened with Note Pad now all i need is a similar file but from english to replace it ... let's hope it works as i have a trial PFT mod or sthg ... damn :P thx for the help Zack
Edited : Woot i have found another way , Game.dic and Telem.dic both were in portuguese or Hungarian how'ever i found on a forum "Delete those 2 files and game will start in english" and it did Woot ! time to download 09 patch or 08 ... ok am lost some1 help me again :P what mod u guys use , i see most of the games are done with "F1 Mania 08" ...
