F1 rfactor races?

Post by Fergie1 » 15 Oct 2008, 21:50

Would anyone be interested of maybe every week I hosted a f1zone race with F1RFT 2008 mod? RFT is the easiest to drive (not strictly legal either as its ripped from other mods).
Let me know what you think then ill organise something probably for Wednesday evenings.

Or else we can do something simple. We can get the permission of the CTDP guys and add a download link for the CTDP 2005 Mod. We all can download that and install the mod. In addition to that one of us can list all the 18 tracks from rfactorcentral.net and add them to our forum. Something like every Saturday or Sunday or Friday night we can have a fixed slot to host a race or more than one !

Using CTDP isn't anymore simpler or harder really. Being as 5 are interested I now need to know if you want Safety Cars (full course yellows) and which mod from which year.
Once you tell me that we can organise something for each week and ill throw some rules together.

1255 is latest version they have released.

If you want to decide on a common mod, i think i would probably leave it to you guys. Since most of you are using F1RFT 08 mod, i think i will also use the same. I would suggest MMG 2007 mod if you feel CTDP mod isn't that good !
