Fresh meat

Hi Gentlmen, i am new to this forum stuff so please be gentle with me. I am 61yrs young, have been to many GPs over 40yrs +, as a youngster i was a touring/special saloon car mechanic. Love this forum, looking foreward to posting.

What's the best race you went to? I mean, any of the iconic, legendary events?

BOAC 500 when Pedro Rodriguez lapped the entire field after being black flagged. Awsome drive, awsome car (John Wyer Porshe 917). Cant remember exact date, late 60s early 70s, you can check out extracts on you tube.
