SPA Belgium GP - I gave it a 5. Where was the rain? Failed us... Probably feeling a sense of incompleteness!

1 - Best Driver: Nobody for me
2 - Best Team: Barely noticed anyone (but still RedBull best package of the year & Lotus are really f***kin with Kimi)
3 - Best Overtake: No comment
4 - Best Moment: Maldonado/Williams and DiResta/ForceIndia crash (replays were impressive)
5 - Worst Driver: Close between Maldonado/Williams & Perez/McLaren (the latter finally got a penalty for his clumsy moves) ; DiResta/ForceIndia after the pole missed yesterday (for his 'potty' mouth, he's always promoting himself and belittles his own team... Karma has punished him today with the crash I'd like to think)
6 - Worst Team: No comment
7 - Best Rookie: VanDerGarde/Caterham
8 - Biggest Surprise: Bianchi/Marussia and VanDerGarde/Caterham
9 - General Comment(s)
Maybe Sebastian has this 2013 title already sewed on his suit but it would be really appreciated if competitors could pull out some decent battles! Fernando had some sad face on the podium, maybe he's not comfortable at Ferrari anymore! Not much to say about Kimi except that wit this brakes issue, he'll feel the points loss now in the second part of season. I don't have 'nice things' to say about McLaren but Jenson is always solid and decent drive in the mixed conditions.
Personally I'm not happy with Mercedes today, I thought Lewis would be in contention for the win but him & Nico still grabbed 27 points for the Constructors! :shhh:
Hope Monza will be a better race!

1 - Best Driver: Alonso. To mention anyone else would be sacrilege.
2 - Best Team: Red Bull. Knew what they had to do; Vettel just delivered, again. Force india and Sauber looked good.
3 - Best Overtake: meh
4 - Best Moment: there really wasn't anything special; other than Q, which i didnt get to see.
5 - Worst Driver: maybe Maldonado, but he had no choice. Maybe Perez.
6 - Worst Team: Lotus looked pretty beaten.
7 - Best Rookie: Guido had a solid weekend.
8 - Biggest Surprise: Vettel's 1st lap pass on Hamilton. Right then you knew, oh shhhh that's the race hehe

9 - General Comment(s): Solid Alonso. Good pace from Ferrari. The championship is about 1 race from over.

Greenpeace sucks. Glad they were boooed. Unfortunately Vettel probably thought it was aimed at him, he looked uncomfortable during a moment...

LOL @ HAM fans

The sad face could be the championship is almost pretty much lost.

I don't get that 'LOL'...
I just don't think this Belgium GP so exciting regardless of who was the winner and the other 2 guys on the podium, still I rate all of them very high ! It didn't rain and we've waited for this race for one month!
I wonder if you read all my post instead of quoting some parts!

1 - Best Driver - Fernando Alonso
2 - Best Team - Red Bull
3 - Best Overtake - Vettel on Hamilton - Not what I wanted to see, but a textbook move which involved Seb staying flat through Eau Rouge on cold tires and full tanks.
4 - Best Moment - Maldonado v. Sutil and di Resta
5 - Worst Driver - Señor Cochesrotos... I mean, Pastor Maldonado
6 - Worst Team - McLaren - Not due to their performance per se, but I mean, come on. They're statistically the winningest team in F1. Come on guys!
7 - Best Rookie - Giedo van der Garde - Earned it in quali.
8 - Biggest Surprise - Vettel domination; was expecting Hamilton to win

9 - General Comment(s)
Overall kinda boring; some rain would have spiced things up enormously!
Requiescat in pace, Jules Bianchi

1 - Best Driver
Alonso

2 - Best Team
Red Bull

3 - Best Overtake
Alonso on Webber at the start through Eau Rouge. Also Kimi on Di Resta at the chicane.

4 - Best Moment
Nothing really stood out. Maybe Vettel and Hamilton chatting in the cool down room, while Alonso was moping around the whole time :(

7 - Best Rookie
Van der Garde

8 - Biggest Surprise
How well Alonso did. Didn't expect him to be up there, so good signs for the Ferrari.

9 - General Comment(s)
Not a bad race. The first half of it was entertaining, but once things started settling down it was a case of just driving to the finish. 7/10

1 - Best Driver - (unfortunatley) Vettel, and Alonso
2 - Best Team - Mercedes
3 - Best Overtake - Sutil made some good passes, and Kimi on Grosjean, and some last corner overtakes were good too
4 - Best Moment - start
5 - Worst Driver - no one
6 - Worst Team - Williams
7 - Best Rookie - whatever, its not like there are 15 rookeis to choose
8 - Biggest Surprise - Vettel overtaking Lewis, so from then i knew it would be boring at the front and the winner was decided...

9 - General Comment(s)
Well usually we have great races here, but this one is a little better than 2007 race, QLF was more interesting even if they didnt race. So a 6/10

Next stop is Monza where i hopefully witness some great racing/overtaking in front of me.

Best Driver Alonso. But you can't leave out Vettel either, he did a perfect job.
Best Team Red Bull (even though apparently they put the clutch of a tractor in Mark's car...)
Best Overtake None.
Best Moment The Vettel-Hamilton interaction post-race. They had a nice chat in the room and soaking DC with champagne was funny.
Worst Driver No one. I don't think the crash was Maldonado's fault, and Perez didn't do anything outrageous - so they don't deserve this "title"
Worst Team Maybe Lotus? Kimi had bad luck, but I expected Groesjean in a better position...
Best Rookie Giedo Van Der Garde
Biggest Surprise Ferrari's newly found pace.

General Comment(s) I was surprised to see Alonso's disappointed face, I mean he recovered 7 positions! But I was even more surprised to see Hamilton so happy. I thought he will be bummed with third place, but I was wrong (thankfully).
Oh, and I missed the rain. :( The qualifying was one of the craziest I've ever seen, so I expected a similar race...

1 - Best Driver:Alonso
2 - Best Team:Red Bull
3 - Best Overtake:Vettel on Hamilton was a critical one
4 - Best Moment:There was no good moment in this
5 - Worst Driver:No one
6 - Worst Team:Williams
7 - Best Rookie:VDG
8 - Biggest Surprise:Kimi's retirement, VDG's performance and Vettel's pace

9 - General Comment(s):Very very boring,3/10. I can't remember the last time I watched such a boring race. Championship battle is pretty much over (unless Vettel gets DNF for the rest of the season). Star of this race was Adrian Newey, he has designed a car that is consistently a second per lap faster that others! I think the last this happened was in Schumacher era.
