then theres stalling the car and all that. Its tough to enforce

I dont think it would be so hard to make it happen. They already have those silly traffic lights in the Pits. Just use them. Make an extra FIA light. As soon as the Car stopps, the timer starts, when it hits 5 seconds, Green light from FIA side, if the Stop is completed or not is up to the Teams Light or Lollipop. And i doubt one Stop Watch would be quicker then another one nayway, how would 10 sec Stop and Go Penaltys have worked in the past if there was a diffrence? They have sensors for Jump Starts, DRS and all of that, so i doubt it would be hard to get this to work proper.
Either this, or make the Tyre attachement and wheel guns standardised, so all have to use the same Way to change tyres

I know what you mean. I just think its abit harsh really. We have so few incidents but when one happens theres instant over reaction.

soon it will just be a spec series.

It is pretty much a spec series now.

All we need is a standard suspension!

I think we need standardized gear ratios, look at Romain being stuck behind Vettel and being in the DRS zone for I dont know how many laps...
