LVI Grand Prix of Europe

Post by phil1993 » 13 Jun 2012, 09:14

With Barcelona and Valencia set to alternate from 2013, this could be the last European Grand Prix...

Past Winners
2011, 2010 - S. Vettel (Red Bull)
2009 - R. Barrichello (Brawn GP)
2008 - F. Massa (Ferrari)

Don't forget the prediction competition.

First time all season I've not voted Hamilton. :p Think Vettel will become the first two time winner.

Sebastian will win. He's very good around Valencia. Excelled in the STR in 2008, was far quicker than Webber in 2009 until the team forgot to put fuel in the car and then the engine went kablammo. Won fairly comfortably in 2010 and 2011.

If Grosjean or Perez could get Qualifying figured out I think either of them could be winners. They've both been on the podium a couple of times and are showing very good pace during the races. Grosjean in particular is displaying that he can learn the tricks at a very fast rate.

I'm calling 8 out of 8: Räikkönen, Pérez, or Grosjean.
Requiescat in pace, Jules Bianchi

Schumacher says Mercedes are rolling up their sleeves and working hard. Just reminds me of David Cameron, he always says that.

Think Nico has missed the point of 'unique'
The track is another street circuit but it's quite a unique one as it is quicker and has a more open feel than somewhere like Monaco or
Singapore. The layout is also kind of like Montreal
And Kamui says he's looking forward to Valencia's orange juice.

I wouldn't like to guess. Given the last race Mercedes managed to achieve what was meant to be impossible on his car anything could happen. :p
