Good explanation
To begin with, I'm pretty amazed that the Russian guy was allowed to stay on track without the rear wing

Others are saying that Daly was too close to Suranovich and that the latter did nothing wrong.

Thoughts?

I'd be very much happy to watch press conference. Has anyone have it?

Its a disgrace that some are actually defending that guy who had no rear wing... haven't GP2 heard of this?:

Oh and Maldonado, no comment to be honest. His win in Spain seems far, far away now...

Button & Hamilton sent get well wishes to a 49-year-old British fan who broke his back and left leg when a grandstand floor collapsed

Will Buxton just tweeted he had in fact been shown this flag.

Yeah, Rob Cregan tweeted me the same as well.

Dmitry Suranovich: "The weekend did not start as well as I’d hoped for, with a disappointing qualifying, but things have improved from there and I am pleased with the way my race pace is developing."

“For sure we’re not very happy after that session. Since the first practice we’ve been a little bit behind where we should have been and we’ve been trying to catch-up. The car is fine, the biggest problem today was trying to get the tyres working as it seemed to be a bit tricky to get them up to temperature. I could have been a bit faster on my best lap, but I went a little bit too deep in the swimming pool section. It’s a bit disappointing but you can’t get it right every time. At a normal race track you would be able to gain positions through overtaking, but in Monaco this is difficult. That said, anything can happen here so hopefully we can achieve something good tomorrow.”
Kimi stay out of water it's not thriatlon

Looks like sixth winner for this year. Very likely to be Kimi - NOT! Who cares I vote him anyway :)

There should be a provisional license to see if they are ready for the series.
