Thats without the blown diffuser, correct? Im reserving judgment on that, but it didnt looks asif vettel was truly pushing. But, if its 2.5 seconds slower on the same track with the same tyres.... ill wait till silverstone, but hopefully, it will really slow redbull down to be honest. vettels just driving a fast car and to be honest, like ive said many times before; he is c**p as a racer, he just drives a fast car from the front. He is no way near as good as people laud him to be.
