Bring on silverstone
Re: European Grand Prix 2011
Lewis pretty much admitted McLaren won't be fighting for the win at Silverstone
Re: European Grand Prix 2011
Lewis thinks his car will go slower at the next race? Strange thing to say?

Re: European Grand Prix 2011
Red Bull has so much downforce. Silverstone is a circuit that heavily relies on downforce. Vettel owned Silverstone in 2009 and 2010 qualifying and was supreme on race day after his L1 accident. Can only see a 1-2 from them there.mikedc73 wrote:Lewis thinks his car will go slower at the next race? Strange thing to say?
Re: European Grand Prix 2011
Button just summed up the race as we saw it as well. He found it boring as well!

What a boring race... I even wanted that Alonso attacks Vettel as a Vettel-fan
And in Silverstone DRS won't be effective as well because we don't have a long enough straight

The Hangar straight is pretty long. Wellington is sufficient enough. DRS isn't meant to be a free pass, but to close them up.Eric_Cartman wrote:What a boring race... I even wanted that Alonso attacks Vettel as a Vettel-fan

Silverstone's weather can make things exciting.

At the moment its mid-20s and sunny. But it might rain by then so who knows. I won't be in the country though

Next year all drivers should drive with these on. That would give us some entertainment!iceman1 wrote:Before the race
And probably some safety cars as well.
Re: European Grand Prix 2011
Last year's race was better imo.
