I see what's happened here, when you went to edit your tips corry, you either accidentally deleted it instead (pressed the wrong button), or something's gone horribly wrong in the system and it's mistakenly deleted it instead of editing it.

The two buttons are next to each other and very close together, so I'd say that's a plausible explaination.
