45' to 1 hour delay because there's a problem with the fuel truck

Some kind of big problem for Loeb in SS3, he's lost over 20 seconds in the last split

EDIT: he spun (span? which is the past of spin?) twice. That makes 3 spins today. He says he has a lot of oversteering.

I wonder if Petter gets that elusive win, or something happens again. Crossing myfingers for Dani and Mikko too. They need good results

Well, for Petter, it doesn't look too good: he is stopped in SS4 with a broken steering arm.
Tänak is also stopped.

I know it may sound a bit nasty but I find it oddly refreshing that the great master sometimes struggles like that :n

And I think it is "spun". :)

Ugh disaster for Ford again... What's the TV coverage like for this rally?

Heh... glad I had the good sense to use the words "the great master" in my earlier post. He is absolutely fantastic, but I really want someone - anyone - else to win the championship this year... :zz:

Yeah, if I'm sincere, this year's F1 season is much more interesting than the WRC one. It's always the same thing: Loeb is supreme and nobody can come near him, and the few times he makes a mistake all his rivals seem to play the let's-see-who-bins-it-first game and Loeb wins again :

Next season might be exciting with Ogier/VW and Sordo/upgraded Mini on a full season (hopefully?). Let's see if Loeb exercises that option for a 2013 season, though...

I hope Mini stays, but I'm not too optimistic at the moment :(

BTW, there was another incident today with an idiot throwing stones to the drivers while they are in a timed stage. In this case it was Benito Guerra's car the one hit. It also happened in Mexico. Is this turning into a trend for empty headed ________(<----- insert your favourite insult here)?
