Diego Mejia
Kimi's first run in 2nd practice was 14 laps on used rubber. He's consistent in the mid 31's, still has to shed a few 10ths off.

Compared to what or who? To qualify?

Qualy should not be a problem with the times he's doing. I think Mejia means he needs a few tenths to do competitive times.

Diego Mejia
Kimi Raikkonen aún le toma la mano a la camioneta, la pista. Ha ido mejorando sus tiempos, aún está unas buenas décimas del top15.
can someone translate it, please

Kimi Räikkönen is still learning the truck, the track. He's been improving his times, but he's still some good tenths from the top 15.
